If so, changes in the 2023 ADR that comes into force on the 1st of July, may affect you. Until now movement of hazardous waste could be done under the ADR small loads threshold (1.1.3.6) without the material being weighed, an estimate of weight was sufficient. However from the 1st of July, estimated weight waste cannot be considered a small load, so must be moved on a fully regulated vehicle.
